Returns and cancellations

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel an order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Return the goods within 14 days of telling us; we refund within 14 days of receiving them. Used/tested components are described as such; faulty items are refunded or replaced including return postage.

Lithium batteries are returned only via a tracked service with the battery disconnected and terminals taped.
