Terms of sale

These terms apply to purchases from this UK store. Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. A contract is formed when we confirm your order after payment; we may cancel and refund in full if an item turns out to be unavailable or mispriced.

Delivery

UK delivery only via Royal Mail or Parcelforce; the service and estimated time are shown at checkout. Items containing lithium batteries are sent by tracked services only and cannot be posted to BFPO or Channel Islands addresses.

Used and tested parts

Condition is described on every listing (new, new other, used excellent / good / acceptable, for parts). Used items carry a 30-day warranty against faults not described in the listing; new items carry the manufacturer warranty or 12 months, whichever is longer. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected.

Cancellation and returns

You may cancel within 14 days of delivery for any reason and return goods within a further 14 days; see the returns page. Faulty goods are refunded or replaced including return postage.

Product safety and recycling

Manufacturer or responsible-person details are shown on each product page where required by UK product safety rules. We accept waste electrical equipment for recycling on a like-for-like basis (WEEE).
